The 3 Precious Chests are located in an underground cave in the middle of Broken Isle. To get to the chests, you first have to solve the Pyro Monument puzzle and drain all the water.

Genshin - Blocked 3 Broken Isle Chests

Break the Musical Wall Blocking the 3 Chests

Even after draining the water, the chests will be locked behind a musical wall and a root. You can get rid of the root by changing to a Tall Mountain Style using Xinyan's Drum.

The cave entrance is closed in this Style. You'll have to teleport there using a Mirage Door found in a cave in the middle of the island.

1. Drain the water with the Pyro Monuments

Genshin - Drain the Water for the 3 Chests
The first thing you have to do is solve the Pyro Monument puzzle to drain all the cave's water. Here's a full guide on how to do that:

2. Use the Mirage Door in the water cave

Genshin - Mirage Door for the 3 Broken Isle Chests

Once the water is drained, use the Mirage Door in that cave to teleport to the middle of Broken Isle.

3. Open the locked gate with the lever

Genshin - Lever for the 3 Broken Isle Chests

Use the lever in that room to unlock the gate. You'll need to pass through that gate later.

4. Switch to a Tall Mountain Style

Genshin - Tall Mountain Style for 3 Broken Isle Chests

Once the gate is unlocked, use Xinyan's Drum to switch to a Tall Mountain Style. This gets rid of the root blocking the musical wall.

5. Enter the cave in the middle of Broken Isle

Genshin - Central Mirage Door for 3 Broken Isle Chests

Go to the cave in the middle of Broken Isle, where Albedo's notes are. Use the Mirage Door inside to teleport to the water cave while in the Tall Mountain State.

6. Solve the Melodic Harp puzzle

Genshin - Melodic Harp Puzzle for 3 Broken Isle Chests

Rotate the flowers so that the orientation looks like the image above. Fire the Melodic Harp to break the musical wall and get access to the 3 Precious Chests and a Flower Furnishing!
