What is the Reminiscent Regimen?
Reminiscent Regimen is a Co-Op Only Event that takes place in the islands of the Golden Island Archipelago, wherein you and up to three other players partake in aquatic or aerial challenges!

To unlock the Reminiscent Regimen Event, you need to reach Adventure Rank 32 or above and complete the Summertime Odyssey: I Event Quest, The Golden Apple Vacation Returns! You also need to complete the unlock quest, "Any Unsolved Mysteries?"

Challenge Level Unlocks Everyday
Reminiscent Regimen has three themes. Each of these themes has two challenge levels, and these levels unlock each day until the sixth challenge is available!
How to Play 2.8 Reminiscent Regimen
2.8 Co-Op Event Guide

| 6 | Convoy: Protect the vessel towards its destination |
Start the Co-Op Event in Twinning Isle
Head over to the middle island in the Golden Apple Archipelago to start the Co-Op Challenges! There are three types of challenge themes: Descent, Raid, and Convoy. Each theme has two challenge levels and will unlock until the sixth day.
Grab All Challenge Objectives
To win against your co-op buddy, you need to grab scoring targets or the objectives. These objectives have a certain amount of points that you can accumulate to grab the rewards!
Collect All Tokens For More Points
Collect as many Reminiscence Tokens as you can in all the challenges, as it is part of the scoring targets! If you happen to stray too far away from the challenge area, you can use the Return to Challenge Area Button.
Descent Challenge
The Descent Challenge starts with players standing on a floating platform, and the goal is to battle enemies on other platforms on your way down within the time limit.
Enemies on the platforms way below will only appear once the enemies on the current floating platform have been defeated.
Use the Aegis of Descent
An Aegis of Descent will appear during the challenge, pick it up to change the traits of the floating platform and aid you in the challenge!
Raid Challenge
In the Raid Challenge, you and another player will navigate the seas using Waveriders within the time limit to reach a sea region. Activate the wind currents using the Waverider Mooring Points to board floating platforms and defeat the enemies there!
Convoy Challenge
For the last challenge, the Convoy Challenge, players must work together to protect a vessel on the Driftstone Raft from enemies on its way to the marked location within the time limit.
Protect the Driftstone Raft Components
There are a total of four components that can be destroyed by enemies. You and other players need to protect these components to continue the challenge. You can repair the components by picking up Repair Parts on the platforms!
Keep the Propulsion Device Charged
The Propulsion Device is what keeps the raft going, it needs to be continuously charged up or it will stop moving! You can replenish the Propulsion Device's energy using Drift Energy.
Destroy Ominous Obstacles
An Ominous Obstacle will block the path of the Driftstone Raft, you need to destroy it to proceed with the challenge!
2.8 Reminiscent Regimen Unlock Quest
Any Unsolved Mysteries? World Quest
Paimon suddenly has a mysterious feeling and suggests that you take another trip to the Golden Archipelago to have a close look around. This quest unlocks the first challenge in this event!

After completing the Day 6 challenge, Convoy: Steady Progress, you can get 1500 BEP which will aid in the progress of your Battle Pass!
