Genshin - Adjust the time then talk to Fushizome
Adjust the time around 8:00 to 12:00. Go to Ritou and talk to Fushizome about your progress in the art of Ikebana!

Genshin - Head to the Empty Flower Vessel
Head to the flower vessel at the very end of the row of your previous floral courtyard creations.

Genshin - Figure out the last theme
The fourth and last theme is: "The branches, curved like rainbows, are dyed in myriad colors."

You can thoroughly study the image, the theme, and the hint, or you can wait until 60 seconds is done to see Fushizome's detailed hint!
