How to Get to Mirror Puzzle 7
From the Teleport Waypoint, go to the right and glide down to the base of the cliff where the Teleport Waypoint is located and look for a Time Trial Challenge right in front of the entrance. Head Inside and the Puzzle 7 should be located there!

How to Solve Light Guiding Ceremony Puzzles
Activate the Beam Mechanism

When you encounter a Light Guiding Ceremony Puzzle, you'll see the Light Ray Mechanism, the various Water Mirrors and Ice Mirrors, and the Receiver! The Bokuso Box can activate the beam from the light ray mechanism to guide it towards the receiver with the aide of the mirrors.
How to Use the Bokuso Box Guide
Use Ice Mirrors and Water Mirrors
Ice Mirrors can reflect light and Water Mirrors can refract light instead. To guide the beam properly you need to transform any of the mirrors from water to ice and vice versa. You can melt the ice mirror by hitting it with Pyro and you can freeze a water mirror with Cryo!
Rotate to the Right Angle
There will be mirrors that will become the focal point of the beam because it can be rotated towards a desired angle. It will help with the trajectory of the beam especially for Ice Mirrors!
