Note: You only need to collect enough of the talismans to redeem Ningguang's Outfit, you won't need to exchange it.

In order to redeem Ningguang's Outfit, you'll need to participate in the different challenges during Fleeting Colors in Flight event. Once you obtain enough Talismans, you can simply select Claim Gift to receive the Orchid's Evening Gown outfit for free!
