''The Crane in the Clouds'' features the 5-Star character from Liyue, Shenhe! By completing Shenhe's web event you can get Primogems and Shivada Jade Fragments, which are used to ascend her!

| How to Play the Web Event | |

| 1 | Anytime the web event asks you to share, just click ''Copy Link.'' It's the easiest way to complete the objective. |
| 2 | Reveal the clue and click on the paper charms. |
| 3 | Reveal the clue and click on the Qingxin flowers. |
| 4 | Reveal the clue and click on the black orbs. |
Throughout the web event, you will be asked to either share the event or go to different Genshin Impact websites. Just click on ''Copy Link'' to complete most of the objectives because it's the easiest way to get that done!

| 1 |  Click on Act 1 of the web event. |
| 2 |  Click and share the clue to reveal the writing and share the event. |
| 3 |  There will be three paper charms in front of Shenhe. Click on whichever paper charm is glowing to get the right order. |
| 4 |  Share the event again for the rewards, then return to the scroll to continue to Act 2. |

| 1 |  Click and share the clue to reveal the writing. |
| 2 |  Collect divine herbs by clicking on whichever Qingxin flower is glowing so you get the right order. |
| 3 | Share the event again for the rewards, then return to the scroll to continue to Act 3. |

| 1 |  Click and share the clue to reveal the writing. |
| 2 |  Meditate by clicking on the black orbs around Shenhe. Some of them will come back, so keep clicking on different ones until they all go away! |
| 3 |  Share the event again for the last batch of rewards. |
