Nahida is the Dendro Archon
Kusanali, or commonly known as Nahida, is Sumeru's current Dendro Archon. She is also called the God of Wisdom or Buer. She is the youngest among all the Archons after she acquired the Archon title 500 years ago.
Her predecessor for the Dendro Archon title is Greater Lord Rukkhadevata—the Dendro Archon that the world has forgotten during the Archon Quest Chapter 5: Act 3, Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises.

Kusanali Is Buer, the God of Wisdom
Lesser Lord Kusanali is the Archon that presides over the Sumeru Region. Kusanali's ''God of Wisdom'' title also fits the Sumeru nation, as Sumeru is known to be the land of Wisdom and Scholars.
Sumeru is also home to the Rainforest and the Desert, the former being cultivated by Greater Lord Rukkhadevata herself, and latter by the Scarlet King, King Deshret.

Among Nahida's many titles, Lesser Lord Kusanali is also the God of Dreams. This is also one of the realm of interest of the late Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, evident on the original purpose of the Akasha System.
The Irminsul Tree
In essence, the reason why both Kusanali or Nahida and Rukkhadevata take over the realm of dreams is the Irminsul Tree, the tree of knowledge that keeps record of the memory of Teyvat.
Since the Irminsul Tree is rooted on the very fabric of Teyvat, it's able to accumulate knowledge through the form of dreams and memories, therefore providing a wide network of information at Nahida's disposal.
This is also why the Aranara was able to live and take shelter on the realm of Dreams or Vanarana, considering that they are one among the many descendants of the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata.
Nahida is the Purest Irminsul Tree Branch
According to the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, Nahida is the purest Irminsul Tree branch she snapped off, to continue her legacy.
This is why Kusanali is patterned from the likeness of Rukkhadevata, since in essence, they both originated from the Irminsul Tree.
When Greater Lord Rukkhadevata reverted to a child because of the Forbidden Knowledge, her child-like appearance is already assumed to be the replica of Nahida herself.
Has Also Forgotten Rukkhadevata
Although Greater Lord Rukkhdevata and Lesser Lord Kusanali share the same essence, Kusanali has completely forgotten about her existence.
During the Archon Quest Chapter 5: Act 3, Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises, Rukkhadevata sacrificed herself to completely cleanse the Irminsul Tree from the corruption of the Forbidden Knowledge.
And while the deed healed the Irminsul Tree and curing those afflicted with Eleazar such as Collei and Dunyarzad in the process, the world's knowledge about the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata has completely been erased from the surface of all Teyvat.
