If you run out of Glowgrass Bait, you can ask Kujirai Momiji at the Inazuma Fishing Association for more!
The Glowgrass Bait is necessary in order to catch the mysterious Lunar Realm event-exclusive fish, the Moonfin.
Other than being the only bait that the Moonfin will bite on, the Glowgrass Bait can be used to catch any type of fish as well.
