The Touch the Sword Hilt puzzle with a Luxurious Chest can be found near the Momiji-Dyed Court. Approach the Electro Seelie to reveal the pattern you should touch the Sword Hilts in, then activate them in that pattern.
The Sword Hilt will release a lightning strike when touched. To avoid this, you have to summon an Electrogranum before touching it. There will always be a nearby Electrogranum, and you can find them with our map above!

After successfully activating a sword hilt, a Kairagi spirit will spawn. Make sure you have a powerful DPS and a shield-user to defeat him easily!
