i think it also includes her signature. game8 doesn’t really factor in unrealistic artifact rolls in their recommendations, so i think this ratio calculated with Azurelight or any other crit stick/5 star weapon. for example, i use absolution (clorinde sig) on skirk until i get her weapon, my ratio with decent artifacts is 72% cr over 237% cd, 2200 atk.

Hu Tao, Varesa, Yoimiya, and Skirk all should be in SS tier
that includes weapon, would be hard to hit 80%+ crit rate AND 200%+ crit damage if not factoring a weapon there
Guys, about the recommended stats in the page, specifically Total ATK at 2100 or above, and CD at 200 or above... Is that with or without her signature?

And two more thing. 1. It's very important to use her signature set "Finale of the Deep Galleries". Even if you would use your gladiator set (~260-280% crit value in total) it will still lose to her signature set with ONLY ~215 crit value. (~10-15% dmg difference) 2. If you have Furina then Skirk's TEAM damage in common should be higher that Arlecchino's team because most of Arleccino's teams relies only on her damage while Skirk's good teams relies on all characters' damage.
I get the feeling that people try to gate keep by saying Skirk isn't good without escoffier but in fact she is a really strong dps even without and there no reason why she shouldn't be worth it even though you might not reach the highest amount of damage she'll ever do but that's alright because she is already top tier
And here you can see Skirk with only Elemental Skill leveled up to 10. She uses the Calamity of Eshu weapon here, but her craftable alternative (Finale of the Deep) provides the same lvl of damage. I think it's clear that in terms of f2p game she doesn't lose to Arlechino. And her gameplay feature - switching between normal attaks and elemental burst - allows her instantly finish off an enemy with ~450,000 HP. For me it's good enough to say she's at Arlecchino's level of comfort and dmg.
This is the team without Bannet. And of course I tried to maximize only their own damage because it's a game style that suits Arlecchino the most (so Skirk will fight Arle in Arle's own battlefield).
Here's Arleccino with all her talents leveled up to 10 and with the Dragon's Bane weapon. And here you can see our little Banny's impact.
After three days of using her in the open world and the abyss I can say she's worth it even without Escoffier. She boosts Skirk's damage approximately by ~15% compared to other buffers (+ she's sub dps) but it's ok. If you put Skirk and Arlecchino in equal conditions (f2p teams with no C6 characters, lack of 5* weapons, lack of 5* characters), then you can see the only reason Arle COULD be better is Bannet. Remove him and I promise your Arleccino will do the same lvl of damage as Skirk.
small correction: to absorb new void rifts in skill mode to extend duration, use 1 charged attack, not the burst—it will be on cooldown. my bad!

Bro wtf are you even thinking of I got her to like 1000000 without Escoffier XD she's better than anyone I'm the SS tier she shall be the new one of the SSS tier list. You ARE crazy for thinking she's not good without Escoffier.

Maybe I am just crazy, but she is really good even without Escoffier. From hearing the doomposting, I thought Skirk would be Cyno level without Escoffier. After pulling her and testing her without Escioffier, I found she really does well, around Navia level, which is good and well enough for end-game content. I recommend to anyone still on the fence to pick Skirk up, then get Escoffier on a rerun to boost her numbers.
