This is a Daily Commission quest, which can be unlocked after reaching Adventure Rank 12.

| 1 |  Go to the commission marker in Liyue Harbor and talk to Linling. |
| 2 |  Go to the commission marker on the boat and talk to Little Fei, Little Lulu, and Little Meng to know how many boats entered the docks. |
| 3 |  Report back to Linling to complete the quest. If you forget the boat count, check your quest inventory for the childrens' boat logs! |

How to Count the Number of Boats
Talk to the children and add up the numbers they give you. Pay attention to their dialogue though, because they might repeat a number and time! For example: if two kids both say 3 boats came in the morning and one kid says 2 boats came in at noon, the answer is 5 boats.
Check your quest inventory for the ship logs
Three ship logs will remain in your quest inventory while the quest is active. Check the boat numbers on the logs if you forget what the children said! The boat count hardly matters though, as you get the same commission rewards even if you get the count wrong.
Wrong boat count leads to a hidden achievement
Getting the boat count wrong will trigger a follow-up quest the next day: So-Called Work. Complete So-Called Work to get the achievement ''Poet vs. Paycheck.''
