A godly-stat, high crit rate value , and without being a sign weapon to any certain character. All of these show us that this is might one of the most rarest, Goat weapon ever created in Genshin. In 20 January 2025 we get a chance to obtain it. It's an once-in-a-year opportunity to get, and we yet to know if it will come out again for the next year's chronicles banner.
