Same here no chest and i farmed the entire area looking for that "Precious Chest" for 2 hours and nothing at all so which lead me believe that chest is either bugged or its only able to be gotten if you havent fought storm terror since its at base behind the tower, so some need to test if chest that holds recipe while the storm terror quest is active or its been moved since the chest has yet to spawn .
