She gets a lot of free crit: 15% (cyro resonance) + 40% (blizzard strayer, if enemies frozen) + 20% (talent passive) = 75% free crit. So Freeze team Ganyu prefers crit dmg. Melt team Ganyu, on the other hand, needs crit and crit dmg since you would use wanderers, and not have the bonuses of blizzard strayer or cyro resonance (need afflicted by cyro). I think you’ll still have her talent passive (+20% crit) at least.

Is there a reason ganyu only wants crit dmg? In the build there is no mention of crit rate for the sub dps. Is that normal?

My f2p team is either noelle + xiangling + xingqiu + sucrose (got no bennet or fischl bruh). But since I get ganyuu, i replace noelle with her. However, I had to change trade noelle with xingqiu as I realized that ganyu need shield to survive and melt bonus give higher damage. But, which one is a better team, the 1st one or 2nd one? By the way using favonius bow really feels like a battery

I have a r5 hamayumi and a skyward harp. Which one should I use?

Ok i was reading this guide and i didnt see any word of Hamayumi bow. I searched around and noticed people have different views between Hamayumi and prototype bow. As a Ganyu lover (and soon ganyu haver cos of guarantee) i already leveled a prototype to 90. The question is: do i need to let it go and craft Hamayumi now? Which one i better? Im a little confused 😕

farming for the inazuma bow is so tedious, but i have her guaranteed at least <3 good luck to everyone pulling for Ganyu and her weapon!

Yo guys! Got me a WT set w 50+%:165% crit ratio (no goblet yet). And a complete BS set w 20+%:200% cdmg crit ratio. (not including Ganyu's ascension bonus) And an Amos' bow rn that I'm currently levelling to 90 :) Unfortunately, only 50 pity w/ around 25 fates rn and not guaranteed. My Inazuma islands are all below 50% exploration though so more primos to come. (wouldn't mind swiping if I'm left no choice hehe). Waited a bit around 6 months so, may Ganyu wanters be havers!
