Aqua Simulacra is not a good weapon for her unless you have enough attack on her (about 1,800), it has low base attack and prototype crescent is most likely better for the higher base attack.

Reverse melt ganyu should have EM as a alternative since its optimal when running with Amos, Prototype Crescent, or paired with ATK buffs like Bennett or TTDS

Polar Star is VERY close in terms of damage compared to thundering pulse though, but they have roughly the same requirements to build ATK% buffs. However, one only needs three stacks to deal 40% more ATK while the other one only provides 30% for the same amount of stacks

im sorry the revese melt guide is all wrong. You need wanderers troupe and if you do run shimenawas DO NOT run hamayumi as their is a negative synergy. Better off using prototype cresent if you do end up running shimenawas. Hovever i recommend the wanderers troupe regardless then use hamayumi or cresent. And polar star is her second in slot 5star for all comps other than support.

Buff her so her burst also heals like diona's burst

>>109 Yup, kind of. For freeze team Ganyu, she basically doesn’t need crit. She gets a lot of free crit: 15% (cyro resonance) + 40% (blizzard strayer, if enemies frozen) + 20% (talent passive) = 75% free crit. So Freeze team Ganyu prefers crit dmg. Melt team Ganyu, on the other hand, needs crit and crit dmg since you would use wanderers, and not have the bonuses of blizzard strayer or cyro resonance (need afflicted by cyro). I think you’ll still have her talent passive (+20% crit) at least.

Is there a reason ganyu only wants crit dmg? In the build there is no mention of crit rate for the sub dps. Is that normal?

My f2p team is either noelle + xiangling + xingqiu + sucrose (got no bennet or fischl bruh). But since I get ganyuu, i replace noelle with her. However, I had to change trade noelle with xingqiu as I realized that ganyu need shield to survive and melt bonus give higher damage. But, which one is a better team, the 1st one or 2nd one? By the way using favonius bow really feels like a battery
