I got him at lower pity which is rare... after seeing his damage I get why.... he's fun to use though

I got him, I've been running him for the second hour. To be honest, a very mediocre character. He is very good in the open world to explore, but as a DPS on C0 he loses on all counts to Xiao

Is he any better than Xiao as Main DPS, both at C0?
