raise his rating already, he's extremely versatile and easy to play. Should be at least A tier at C0.
bro he is not a b tier, i def think that as "b tier" dps but with ss tier exploration, he should at least be an a tier. also, like other commenters say, he can actually do decent damage. no, not as high as some charas, but i find his playstyle easier for me personally, while not completely sucking at damage. he might not be for everyone but that does not make him a b tier dps.
he still works great and is super strong, idk why he's at a B tbh, he helps me clear everything super easily
