1	Head back to the Cathedral and talk to Barbara.
2	Talk to Jean at the big tree next to the Windrise's Statue of the Seven waypoint.
3	Enter the Domain to hunt down the Abyss Order enemies.
4	Complete the Domain.
5	Travel back to Mondstadt and talk to Jean at the front gate.
6	Head over and into the Angel's Share tavern.
5	Go to the second floor of the tavern and then head out into terrace to talk to Jean.

Use the Elemental Sight to Find Prince

You can find Prince using the Elemental Sight. When using it, you should be able to see a trail of Anemo that will lead you to the cat.

Jean's Elemental Skill can be Aimed

Once enemies are caught within the radius of Jean's Gale Blade skill, you can aim where to blow away enemies. This makes it easier to send them off cliffs and into deep water areas in the Domain.
