    Chasca Clearly S tier I mean you even need to have elements ready to swirl long as they are in your party she loads element types in her aimed mode. honestly don't understand what parameters the person who made this is going off only thing the seem have right is Kazuha and he less and less useful as power creepy continues and Anemo being push aside for dendro
