There is one way trick to do this: only the Maiden Beloved wearer will gain more heals from the sub-healers. Even that Maiden Beloved one having no trouble small heal received has Higher HP!
I feel having multiple high-HP characters in a Nilou Bloom comp would make this set viable for Kokomi. Healing someone with 15k with Kokofish, easy. Healing someone with 30k, not bad. Healing a 74,445hp Nilou? Even outside of combat that's a tall order.
does it work in coop as well?
Her heal isn't that low, for this set to be relevant, the character must be a support healer but with low healing. If the character heals a lot, like Barbara or Kokomi, Clam will be much better, if he heals enough, like Diona, Bennett or Yao Yao, then a support set like Noblesse or Deepwood will be better. Only character this set would be good is Mika imo. His healing is so low that in some cases, for survivability it can be mandatory to boost his healing as much as possible.

4 pc maidens beloved increases incoming healing by 20% to entire party. The 4 pc is better for straight healers (maximized healing) even when compared to 2 pc maiden + 2 pc ocean-hued.
