Genshin Impact has a new Player Preferences Survey that you can answer to get a reward of 30,000 Mora. This survey came out on October 22, 2020.

After the Server Maintenance Update, you will recieve your 240 Primogem compensation along with a survey that allows you to gain 30,000 Mora. This survey is different from the previous 20,000 Mora survey.
The link to the survey can be found at the bottom of the mail. It will open a browser in-game where you can answer the survey.
Questions in the survey are about the player's experience with the recent co-op event Elemental Crucible, as well as some general questions about the game as a whole.
Once you have completed the survey, you will receive another mail with the 30,000 Mora reward.
A 300 Mora reward is available to receive whether you answer the survey or not.
