The Golden Raven Insignia is a material item dropped from the Treasure Hoarder. These enemies often appears within the hard to find areas of north Minlin. You can find and access this area near the waypoint.

Note: Golden Raven Insignia will not drop unless the enemy's level is 60 or higher.

Attack Treasure Hoarder in Groups to Get More Golden Raven Insignia

On the north side of the Minlin, there is an area where a large number of Treasure Hoarder appear, and there is a high possibility that they will attack in groups. With this, the probability of dropping a Golden Raven Insignia will increase.
