Qiqi heals more frequently than Bennet and doesn't have an HP limit. She also heals faster than Diona making her in my opinion second best healer behind Jean
She's not bad but calling her crazy good is a stretch considering she's outclassed by diona and Bennett which are four stars. She can be good but all characters can be good with a great build.
She doesn’t needs a buff she’s already crazy good. She could literally keep her team alive essentially making them immortal. All she really needs is what you said a reduce cool down but when built properly her you don’t need to spam her skill cause within 5 seconds of activating the skill you whole party is healed.
i use 4-piece cryo set, cryo dmg bonus goblet and aquila favonia for weapon. she did 24k dmg with her ult

They really need to buff this poor character. At the very least cut her CD on both skills

Why Crit DMG Substats for Full Healer?? She don't have any CRIT Rate
4 gladi + prototype, or 2 gladi + 2 bloodstain + prototype, make it physical build
What would a good DPS Qiqi build be? I already have a support in my C5 Barbara.
it wouldn’t be good to put keqing and chongyun on the same team as qiqi because keqing relies on the electro from her sword, while chongyun’s skill turns basic attacks into cryo
why tier of qiqi goes down? any reason?
Does her healing scale off of base attack or total attack?
i run my Qiqi as Main DPS so i don't need any healer when i run her as DPS. I'll make my Qiqi the strongest main DPS Qiqi on F2P.

Unless I missed something, he never says to build HP. Unless you're talking about the flower artifact which is always HP anyways.
