I 100% agree with you. Honestly, I think if Qiqi were to come out now she would have been reworked. At least with better Cryo application or a reduced cd on her skill & burst. At least Sac fragments kinda helps but still
Don't know if this has been mentioned, but the 'Best Constellations Rating and Explanation' shows her C2 as being good because it regenerates energy. That's her C1, not C2.

Well, she has E.Skill with 'bad' ICD (like Kuki/Thoma), (just hopium) we need character with unique Bloom reactor (like Nilou) but react with Cryo
Sry,90% of the accumulated healing, and each Sea-Dyed Foam can accumulate up to 30,000 HP do fast 30k dmg and no more.
Ocean-Hued Clam bubble is max 30k dmg , more you can't do;)
Poor Qiqi. Once named the best healer in the game and 2 years-in she is completely outclassed and decimated. Will she ever get the buff she deserves along with Diluc?
just give her 4 Ocean-Hued Clam set with all ATK% main stats and Kagotsurube Isshin and you can get about 15k-35k damage minimum per bubble(3.5sec) (the damage can be higher if your heals character)

Who was so dumb to just delete a viable build? She can definitely be played as a DPS with the bubble from Ocean-Hued.
Best build needs to be updated. It still tells that Tenacity is the best one, even though in the Artifacts it is said that Ocean is the best.
Need to mention that since Qiqi has her cryo application happen periodically, she can be used to land in water (which turns to ice briefly) after gliding or falling a short while. Can be used to let other characters start ice bridges in spots they'd otherwise be unable to start one (like a shear cliff)
I also have Aquila so the 90% physical damage altogether seems like it might be better but I haven't fully tested it yet
I've played chi chi for awhile but wonder if it would be worth dropping an attack goblet for a physical damage goblet while running oceanhued set as like. Hybrid build on a superconduct team would be better than an attack goblet?

Nice, I have her on C6. If I could trade I would gladly give her away, since all she does is ruin pulls.
