Ocean Qiqi is by far the best Qiqi ever built.
Everywhere I look I see her face
I was so hyped when the gold star started to appear from the standard banner! And then, at that very moment this thing came out. And at that moment, I knew that I am now a proud C2 QIQI HAVER and instantly calmed myself by pressing ALT+F4 combination.
I hope all the standard 5*'s get thematic/signature weapons (like Xiao's PJWS or Eula's SoBP) somewhere in the future (especially Qiqi).
I've built my Qiqi by using 4 set ocean hued clam and favonius sword too. The additional damage from the sea foam stacks up insanely fast if her ability and/or fortune talisman are up, even if she's not on the field, not to mention her healing is still god tier. The extra damage from that would far surpass the bonus damage from the 15% blizzard strayer would add, at least in my experience with her

REALLY good sub dps capability, hitting like 34k every 3sec with fischl, eula team. replaced Diona for her (with c2 eula ER isn't too much of an issue)
I have one thing to say and it’s that she needs a constellation buff and a damage buff thank you.

make the support qiqi build BiS Ocean-Hued 4-set
With new artifact (seafoam bubble) my qiqi easily proc 15-29k damage every 6s. She’s now as strong as my main dps. Thx mihoyo ;)
Is this guide updated for millelith artifacts? I dont see any mention of it
