High usage rate means that a character is not going to be bad, but to be good you have to consider many other factors like utility, support or DPS capabilities, heal etc... Not saying anything bad about Lyney and baizhu btw

i still cant belive that alot of years have passed and ayaka remains as the best dps by far, casually dealing 2m damage per ult and freezing is so absurd

Sooner or latter it was obvious that something like Chronicled Wish Banner ll appear, They released so many limited chars arleady that there ll be no place for some in incoming limited wish banners anymore cuz more chars ll come. Chronicled Wish Banner it is for new players that are hyped for old chars and are not f2p ;) f2p shoudn't touch it my opinion

>>11473 Honestly the chronicle banner seems like it isn't worth it. Considering you lose the fate point each time the banner changes. Making it use the Aquaint fates which you earn at a glacial pace would be even worse in my opinion. The banner as a whole seems cool beyond that fate point issue though. It just seems like you have to commit everything to it or ignore it.

just skip every banner, wait for an ayaka rerun for the best dps, while being easy to build

I didn't think Chiori would be so bad, like her kit is not anything special. Geo is going down again
