Homa is also only a stat stick and only better than PJWS because stacking PJWS hits do not synergize well due to your first 8 plunges being buffed by Xianyun.

you know homa is like bis for xiao right? better than pjws even. while the def and na/ca from redhorn is such useless passive for plunge diluc. only the high crit dmg is useful as statstick.
