Yelan is not broken, she's just a really good character ss tier but not broken. Broken are characters like Bennett.

Man these people without Yelan are coping so hard, thinking she is a side grade to XQ when its actually the opposite.
Nope, I have both of them like my XQ can hit like 6k each rain sword whereas my Yelan can easily deal 14k, like its not even close, mind you that I have a c6 XQ and c0 Ylean
HYV released that bullshit pneuma and ousia mechanic for a reason 😂 they know furina will never be strong like xq, yelan, kokomi, childe so they make only furina and fontaine chars can bypass those pneuma, ousia shields but pneuma ousia shield only applies for fontaine enemies meaning when we reach 5.0 abyss where we have natlan enemies instead, furina will become useless 😂
C0 Yelan =< C6 XQ <<<<<<<< C2+ Yelan although C0 Yelan bring more dmg. she don't heal, don't have dmg reduction, low hydro app that's why Hu Tao solo hydro need XQ more than C0 Yelan. Hyperbloom need Yelan than XQ though however, when Yelan reach C2 she creeps XQ

Nope, its already been proven by most content creators that Yelan is significantly better than XQ, stop the cap.
OK, as apparently it's being debated, I'll kindly remind commenters that while Yelan is slightly less effective than C6 Xingqiu in elemental application, that makes her about 3% less effective than the best support charicter in the game. Every Xingqiu fan I know is more than happy, and indeed expects to field both in a team. And Yelan is one of the few charicters that I will say your account is just not going to be top tier without. Now, trolls can harp on. But this argument is clearly bait.

Why is this Yelan high on tier list, she is xinqui copy, heck even her hydro application is worse than xinqui unless I c2 her. At C0 5* Yelan is pure trash, Xinqui has so much utility. Oops I forgot her exploration. I like that though.

Yeah alot of people say XQ is better, but they all know thats false, they are just coping since they dont even have Yelan. And imagine if XQ was not in the game, I can 100% say that she will have the top 1 sales and usage rate in abyss every rotation I can guarantee that.
