more like good at c0 then becomes broken at c6 where he can do everything without teammates. childe dont have high enough scaling to do that lol. forever stuck with xl bennett. last time childe is usable to solo was last year when abyss was easy compared to current abyss.
nah c6 lyney is worth getting cuz at c0 he sucks and only becomes good with constellation
No characters are "worth" spending $1000 on to get to C6R5. 5-star constellations and weapons in general are little more than a money-sink that serves no real purpose in the game. No one really cares about how fast a player can clear the abyss, or even if they can, and there is no meaningful benefit from doing so. Making 5-star characters more powerful than they are at C0 just breaks the game's balance, and makes other characters feel less viable by comparison.

im talking about in general not referring to that vid. childe dont have good cons so no point getting his cons. lyney cons improved his dmg a lot.

lyney is best used 2nd half and he can clear faster than that at c6 cuz his constellations are actually worth getting unlike childe. childe's best investment is c3 r5. c4 can ruin his nuker gameplay. while lyney just like xiangling have good cons. worth getting to c6r5 for speedrun.
they said easy enough pls learn to read instead of being passive aggressive only bruh. even f2p who played the game long enough should have enough investment to full star this abyss. just need some good single target hydro 1st half and good single target pyro 2nd half. even f2p hyperbloom is usable to brute force 2nd half.
Yes, and the Abyss is the "minigame side mode". It's just there to encourage whales to spend hundreds of dollars on a character's constellations and signature weapon. Building characters to 36-star the abyss only ruins combat in the main game by effectively turning on easy-mode, making for a worse experience overall. Playing the game with Amber and Anemo Traveler can be a lot of fun. One shouldn't expect to 36-star the abyss with them, but there's not really any reason to.
if u think this game is so easy then why not try to 36 star abyss using 1 amber and on the other side anemo mc only

Some people seem to get a bit too into these character rankings. You guys do realize that this is a noncompetitive, mostly single-player game, right? 99% of the game is easy enough where choice of characters doesn't matter all that much, and the other 1% is a minigame side mode that you won't likely play for much more than a few hours each month. This isn't some esports game and no one is likely to care about your abyss clear times or whether you spent thousands of dollars on the game. : D

Calm down dear. They've raised a valid argument, and a Solo clear IS always going to be more impressive than a speedrun in Genshin. Now if you want to post a retort, my advice is to use a better argument than 'U PLAY DUM!' How about 'Xiangling has more team variety, over Lyney's mono pyro?' or 'Xiangling is much more accessible for beginners?' then post some nice fan art to prove your commitment. Lastly you can argue with a commenter while being respectful, i believe it's called tact.
