also yelan c6 is no way the 2nd best. whales dont play with her c6 anymore because fontaine dpses absolutely killed her at speedrunning. neuvillette, lyney, wrio c6 >>>>>> yelan c6. she is just c6 furina sidegrade with weaker teams. furina has stronger teams.
baizhu is used to trigger neuvillette talent even at whale level and stacking furinas fanfare too. so he is not just good for dendro teams akshually. the other healers all have something they excel at like bennett buffing atk and xianyun buffing plunge. kuki can sub dps in the most braindead teamcomp, hyperbloom. meanwhile kokopium is not used by most people who pulled her anymore like what happened to her in your account guys? ayaka and nilou benched is that why?

Bruh how can you even compare kokomi to those 3 lmao? I'd rather have constant healing than one time healing. Baizhu is only good for dendro based teams (which are amazing) but thats all he is good at. Bennet is amazing buffer and healer but his healing is still falls behind kokomi's constant heal per tick. kuki also bgood bloom but hp issues of her own. Xianyun? idek wtf she does you straight up hate kokomi for no valid reason at this point lmfao

Oh? Id argue that Kokomi's a better choice in Bloom teams over Baizhu because her elemental aplication and use as a driver is far higher. But then I've been running both of them in my Nilou team lately, as its very fun having your team be effectively immortal. 😉
its rare to see a "flexible support' struggling this hard tbh. usually for support even when they are outclassed, they still doing well if they are limited 5*. kokomi is abandoned for most unfortunately. not worth a slot for most of us.
kokomi is overrated imo. i cant think of meta teams where she is bis over other healers except ayaka freeze. the way she is not even top 3 healers anymore. she is doing worse than bennett, baizhu, xianyun and kuki.
Kokomi is so underrated (and hated) without reason since she's actually good
kokomi is one of the though competitions. Overall party heal with burst, her skill applies hydro and heals at same time
even just 4* pyro dedicated support would be nice since ppl play him like hypercarry pyro dps. like pyro faruzan/sara/gorou.
speaking of lyney i hope he gets better pyro partner soon. his best team rn use both shielder and healer together (zhongli and bennett) there is no need for that many defensive teammates when he himself can already self heal.
whos baizhu competition even? hes also the easiest to use healer too. no one heals better than him. bennett mainly used for buffing atk scalers, xianyun for plunge, other healers flop. meanwhile lyney competing with many meta pyro dps.

When they do the tier list they consider: "Characters which are must-haves that make hard content easier, and are the core party members for multiple teams, especially with minimal investment". My interpretation of this requirement is: "If no other character can do their job better than them, they deserve SS" That's why for example Navia is SS and Itto isn't anymore, cuz she can do the "geo dps" better than him and no one does that better then her.
High usage rate means that a character is not going to be bad, but to be good you have to consider many other factors like utility, support or DPS capabilities, heal etc... Not saying anything bad about Lyney and baizhu btw
no, usage rate means alot. Look at baizhu. High usage rate makes him SS tier
