so for chiori to even be remotely top meta u need c6 minimum, c1 she is still a sidegrade in most teams. Other than Navia
getting c1 chiori will make her usable with xilonen core decent at best but not broken. Keep in mind thats 2 copies of a 5 star, there are a ton of other constellations worth going for than 2 copies of chiori mind you.

Chiori C6 isn't meant to be used as an off-fielder, tf are u on about? And why tf would you use C0 Chiori with Xilonen? Obviously, he meant C1 which is why he also mentioned Wrio's C1 LMFAO People dont know how to read here, no?
And idc about C6 speed runs since it it mostly a support setup check since most c6 DPS alr have the DPS so supports with less setups and shorter animations always win.
and c1 chiori and c0 xilonen is still a worst core compared to ideal teams btw. Unless u have vid proof of c1 chiori with xilonen clearing faster
tf u on about chiori and xilonen core only works at dolphin to whale investments. C0 on both of them is just bricking Ur team
this is a casual tier list, where characters that are way easier to use gets higher ranking, and this tier list isnt to be taken seriously anyway.

They mentioned they're using a coffee shop wifi so it's easy to imagine that somebody could work around the bans. Person gets banned, takes advantage of loop, gets banned again, rinse and repeat.
