Bro... He's rage baiting again. He's been doing that for like a week or two. Also, Kinich is by far the worst Natlan DPS with his clunky gameplay and team restrictions, just not worth it.
wdym her teams are worst than Kinich's?? i think shes gonna be very versatile buffing bloom and hyperbloom which puts a variety of characters, whilst Kinich is limited to burning teams with Emilie, Nahida, Benny or Iansan

you guys should save for kinich he is the best dendro dps. Dont bother with lauma, she is bait and her teams are overall worst than kinich teams
Yes, Dendro will be temporary buffed until the next better lunar charged reaction comes out. Kaveh should be upgraded by this change i think that is a great idea ok, than i was wrong
I wonder if Kaveh will get better with Lauma (yeah, still trash, but who knows...)
They could make a separate tier list for lvl 100 if they feel like it, but the main tier list should still be for lvl 90 because VERY few people will be able to lvl 100 many(if any) characters. It could be its own tab like the C0 and C6 tier lists.
If Lauma doesn't buff me then Nod Krai is a failure :3
lvl 100 increases Lunar-charged and Hyperbloom reactions DMG by 40% compared to lvl 90. It is definitely more than 2% or 5%.

agree, but it still effect the tier list I think more like 5%, because % artifacts and weapons will scale too.
I think of the lv 100 as a luxury upgrade, at best its like a 2% upgrade in terms of DPS, so f2p players who cant afford to get to 100 should be fine.
Lv 100 is only for whales or very lucky old players who play for 5 years and managed to get a C6 standard char
I think the tier list needs to be changed soon. With Level 100 upgrade only for 5* chars the 4* stars are less valueable. And the chars with high base stats will be more pushed to the top.
