Excited to play Genshin Impact? Learn how to pre-register here, so you can jump in and play as soon as the game is available, no matter what platform or device you're using.

How to Pre-Register
You can go to the Official Website in order to pre-register.
All you need to do is select which device(s) you'll be playing on, your region, and either your mobile number or email address to verify.
Once you complete the form, you should receive a message congratulating you on successfully pre-registering.
Android
For Android devices, you can also go to the Google Play Store and search for Genshin Impact.
If your device is compatible, you will be given an option to pre-register so that the game will automatically download and install when it's available.
iOS
For iOS devices, you can go to the Apple App store and search for Genshin Impact. You can select Pre-Order
from there to get access to the game once it's available.
PlayStation 4
For PS4 players, you also have the option to purchase the PS4 Pre-Order Bundle on the PlayStation Store.
The bundle includes:
- Acquaint Fate ×2
- Mora ×150,000
- Adventurer's Experience ×80
- Fine Enhancement Ore ×50
- Northern Smoked Chicken ×10
- Sautéed Matsutake ×10
- Sweet Madame ×10
- Tea Break Pancake ×10
If you order before September 28, 2020 you will also receive bonus rewards:
- Hero's Wit ×15
- Mystic Enhancement Ore ×20
The bundle will still be available to purchase after September 28, 2020 but the bonus rewards won't be included.
Pre-Launch Rewards
Other than being able to play as soon as it comes out, pre-registering will also unlock rewards for all players once a certain number of pre-registers goal have been met.
These rewards are claimable by all players, not just those who have pre-registered.
