Purchase from the Limited Time Premium Shop

The Pikachu Card Sleeve can be purchased from the Premium tab in the Limited Time / Events section of the Shop for 6 Premium Tickets. You can find it under Accessories.

Take note that a Premium Pass is required to obtain Premium Tickets.

Card Sleeves are Unlocked at Level 3

Card Sleeves and other deck accessories become available once you reach level 3. This is when battles are unlocked. Once you complete the battle tutorial, you'll be able to make your own decks with your own accessories.

Even if you obtain a deck accessory before reaching level 3, you won't be able to make use of it before this point.

Card Sleeves are Used in Decks for Battles

The Pikachu Card Sleeve can be equipped in any of your decks and will be visible whenever you enter a battle.

You can change the accessories of an existing deck or create a new deck through the Decks screen under My Cards.
