Complete the Prerequisites
You can unlock In the Shifting Light of the Moon Quest by completing the Song of the Welkin Moon Act 4 - An Elegy for Faded Moonlight Archon Quest!
An Elegy for Faded Moonlight Quest Guide
In the Shifting Light of the Moon Quest Walkthrough
Go to the Adventurers' Guild in Nasha Town
To start the quest head to Adventurer's Guild in Nasha Town then speak with Katheryne to recieve more information about the Moon-Prayer Night.
After a while the Traveler and Paimon will decide to visit Columbina.
Go to the Silvermoon Hall
After the conversation, proceed to Silvermoon Hall on Hiisi Island to find Columbina.
Once there, head to the center and chat with Columbina.
Return to Hiisi Island
Following the conversation with Columbina, you will be transported out of the hall.
Follow the next objective and go to the Frostmoon Enclave to find Lauma and Varka, then talk to them.
Follow Lauma and Look Around
Once you're able to move, accompany Lauma and Varka to the designated locations to inspect the decorations.
There are just two sites to check; first, look for Kuuhenki playing drums.
Then follow them to the next spot and speak with them again.
Return to Nasha Town Together with Varka
After a while, you and Varka will bid farewell to Lauma and return to Nasha Town.
Make your way back to Nasha Town and follow the quest marker to see some familiar faces.
Visit the Curatorium of Secrets
Following the conversation, visit the Curatorium of Secrets and speak with Nefer to learn more about the Phantoms.
After a while, Jahoda will join in and tell you about a Phantom of a Spaceship at Starsand Shoal.
Go to the Spaceship Phantom's Location
With the information provided by Jahoda, travel to the Starsand Shoal with Paimon and Varka to investigate the Spaceship Phantom.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by Lauma, who is also looking into the phantom.
Join Varka in Communicating with the Phantoms
During the conversation, Varka will instruct you to communicate with the phantom humans.
Once you've spoken with all of the phantoms, discuss the situation with Varka and Lauma.
After a while, the scene will shift to Durin, Albedo, and Flins, and then back into the Curatorium of Secrets.
Exhaust all the dialouges to finally complete this quest!
