Character Locations After Headlong Into the Sands

After completing the second Ruines Exploration event quest, Headlong Into the Sands, you can find characters hanging around in Gandharva Ville and Sumeru City again, with certain characters only showing up at night.
Note that if you have Nahida, you can use her skill to see the hidden thoughts of her citizens!
Alhaitham and Kaveh in Front of Lambad's Tavern
Alhaitham and Kaveh are once again together, this time at the stall in front of Lambad's Tavern! If you don't see them, you may need to change the in-game time.
Layla, Nahida, and Nilou at the Sanctuary of Surasthana
Layla, Nahida, and Nilou can be found near the Teleport Waypoint at Sanctuary of Surasthana. These three will only appear at night time.
Tighnari, Cyno, and Sethos in Gandharva Ville
Tighnari, Cyno, and Sethos are back at Gandharva Ville, in front of the same house used in Act 1 of the event quest.

After completing Return From the Mysterious Realm, you'll be able to find characters in Gandharva Ville and Sumeru City! Some of these characters only show up at night. Note that if you have Nahida, you can use her skill to see the hidden thoughts of her citizens!

Complete Fieldwise Mastery, Unyielding Progress! for More Characters
Once you've completed the Fieldwise Mastery, Unyielding Progress! quest, you can still talk to Collei, Amber, Faruzan, Dehya, and Candace in Aaru Village!
Fieldwise Mastery, Unyielding Progress! Quest
Alhaitham and Kaveh at the Grand Bazaar
Kaveh and Alhaitham can be found inside the Grand Bazaar in Sumeru City, in front of Shevirme's Stall. You can only find these two at night time in-game.
Layla at Bimarstan in Sumeru City
You can find Layla taking a nap at Bimarstan, north of Sumeru City.
Cyno and Tighnari in Gandharva Ville
Cyno and Tighnari are in Gandharva Ville, talking about the Traveler's newfound mastery of puns and their dinner plans.
Faruzan, Amber, Collei, Dehya, and Candace in Aaru Village
In the main location for the Fieldwise Center event, west of Aaru Village in the Sumeru Desert, Amber, Collei, Faruzan, Dehya, and Candace will remain at their stalls.
When you talk to them, you can get alternate dialogue choices aside from the one that leads to the mini-games!

My game is acting strange and despite finishing the quests, Alhaitham and Kaveh are still at lambads but only sometimes and cyno, sethos and tighnari are still at tighnaris place. Nahida, layla, and nilou are gone but i cannot find layla in the next location either.
