How to Unlock Boom Boom Boooom! A Grand Battle!
Complete Boong Boong Bwoooom! A Grand Plot!
You can unlock Boom Boom Boooom! A Grand Battle! quest by completing act 2 of the Clink Clank Clash event quest - Boong Boong Bwoooom! A Grand Plot! first. This quest should automatically appear on your Quest Journal, afterwards!

Wait Until Two Days Later
After completing the second quest, you have to wait or move the clock until two days later in-game to proceed the third quest.
Go to the Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop
Head over to the Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop and into Aino's house to start the cutscene.
Go to Dori's Shop
After the cutscene, you can head over to Dori's shop located in the southern part of Nasha Town.
Go to the Place Where the Recon Bot Disappeared
Once you've enlisted Sedile's help, head to the north of Barrowmoss Barrens to trigger the next cutscene.
Go to Sedile's Hypothesized Location
Armed with more information, head to the cliff south of Nothing Passage for another short cutscene and continue your investigation.
Investigate the Traces Nearby
There will be three points of investigation in the area; a branch on the ground, a cooking pot, and the large machine down past the bushes. You're only required to investigate the broken machine to proceed.
Go to Maroon Basin
Head to Maroon Basin, the beach east of the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau. The next scene will trigger when you get close enough to the Fatui base north of the beach.
Attack the Opposing Encampment
Defeat all of the Treasure Hoarder enemies using the Zip-Zap War Bot's Normal Attacks, similar to the gameplay in the Quietly Now! Sneaky Sneaking Sneaks! event!
Hang in There
After another cutscene, you will go up against the Modified Krum-Clank 70% Sweet, with Aino as a trial character. However, there is no need to fight the robot, you just have to survive until the timer runs out.
We recommend bringing a shielder or healer to keep your party alive throughout the battle!
Take the Companion Back
There will be one last fight, this time against normal enemy mobs. Defeat all of the enemies with the help of the NPCs and go through a final cutscene to end the quest!
