Catch the Sniffer Mole

The first half of the Challenge is to catch a Sniffer Mole found within the area of the puzzle.

Catch inside main building

The Sniffer Mole can be seen first inside the small building besides the locked Luxurious Chest. Get close to it and attempt to catch it, forcing it to burrow to the next step.

Catch near Crooked Handwriting

The mole will then move towards the nearby construct, which is close to the Crooked Handwriting note which serves as a hint for the second half of the Challenge.

Catch one last time

After failing to catch it a second time, he will then burrow and bring out three different holes besides the construct. Catch him on the hole nearest the wall painting of the smiling Amazing 'Bots on the side, and he will unearth another Amazing 'Bot.

If you pick any other hole, this step will restart and the previously chosen hole will be removed.

Make the Robots Smile

The second half involves switching on the Amazing 'Bots and making them “smile”. The plans nearby can empower you to turn into a Kuuhenki for this.

Activate the First Amazing Bot

First, switch on the Amazing 'Bot beside the locked Luxurious Chest while as a Kuuhenki.

Align the Amazing 'Bots

After the Sniffer Mole throws the burrowed Amazing 'Bot, interact with it to align with the already present 'Bot.

Use Nearby Plants to be Empowered into Kuuhenki

Genshin Impact - Lempo Isle Mole and Robot Challenge - Make the Bots Smile 2

The challenge fully begins after aligning the Amazing 'Bots near the Luxurious Chest. You have about a minute give or take to complete this challenge.

To do this, use the plants in the area to be empowered and transform into a Kuuhenki. This will enable you to switch on the Amazing 'Bots, and move much faster than on foot.

Avoid Transforming Nearby Some Plants

Though, be careful when transforming into a Kuuhenki while near the empowering plants. This can cause you to jump while transformed, and as a Kuuhenki your descent is significantly slower.

Use Bipolar Energy to activate Amazing 'Bots

While as a Kuuhenki, make use of Unipolar energy to switch on the Amazing 'Bots and make them “smile”. Switching on all eight under the time limit will unlock the Luxurious Chest and complete the challenge!

Completing the Sniffing Mole and Amazing 'Bot challenge rewards you with a Luxurious Chest that contains 10 Primogems and possibly an Evermoon Seal used to unlock treasure vaults in Nod-Krai, among other goodies.
