Go to Final Night Cemetery
The Special Support Squad's Tale is located at Final Night Cemetery, in the Nod-Krai region. You can reach this area by using a teleport waypoint at the northeast side of Paha Isle.
How to Unlock The Special Support Squad's Tale
Reach Meeting Point Lvl 2 in Final Night Cemetery
Players can start this World quest after reaching Meeting Point Level 2 in Final Night Cemetery.
The Special Support Squad's Tale Walkthrough
Talk to the Lost Phantom
After unlocking this quest, head down from the Meeting Point and follow the quest marker leading to the Lost Phantom. Talk to the Lost Phantom as they ask for help in guiding the other Lost Phantoms.
Operate the Lighthouse and Guide the Lost Phantom(s)
Proceed to the Lighthouse and climb the stairs. Activate the device and select Illuminate the Coastal Waters and Send the Guidance Signal to help the Lost Phantoms.
