This sword works best on Layla since her burst energy is 40 so that means that she can actually make full use of the passive
greedy hoyo as always, past quest weapons and subsequent refinement mats were always available as a quest or gathering. now forced to wish on a weapon banner you dont want.

The base attack is wrong Mines level 80 and only has 497 base attack
prettiest weapon ever but can only be used on like 5 people
Honestly, probably not better than most to-go to CR 5* and even 4* (BP). Assuming Galleries (as MH is much worse for true Burst builds), you really lack CR. Unless you lack CR weapons or have like a god-tier set this is probably worse.

xingqiu burst cost is 80, so you can only get the 20% elemental burst damage...
How good is this for xingqiu? I want to use it on him or sacrifical sword
