How to Unlock Crimes One and Two
Complete the Prerequisite Quests
Unlock Crimes One and Two by completing Interlude Chapter: Act 3 - Inversion of Genesis and Albedo's Story Quest - Traveler Observation Report.
Go to Mondstadt
Crimes One and Two is located at the entrance of the main city of Mondstadt. You will also enter a special story mode after reaching the quest location, where you will be instantly teleported to the first part of this quest.
Note that you cannot switch teams during the special story mode.
Crimes One and Two Walkthrough
Go to the Knights of Favonius Headquarters
After talking to Kaeya and Katheryne during the introduction of the quest, you head over to the Knights of Favonius headquarters as per Jean's request. Inside the HQ, Jean tells you about Albedo's current situation.
It turns out that Albedo is on trial for being accused of murder and after a lengthy cutscene, he is proven to be guilty. Towards the end of the trial, Rosaria approaches you to tell you that someone is waiting for you at Starsnatch Cliff.
Go to Starsnatch Cliff
You head over to Starsnatch Cliff to meet someone that Rosaria told you about, which turns out to be Venti and Dahlia. You three then engage in a conversation about how to help Albedo.
Recollection Available for Shadows Amidst Snowstorms
A recollection summary will be available to view the past event quest, Shadows Amidst Snowstorms before you proceed to Starsnatch Cliff.
Shadows Amidst Snowstorms Event Guide
Return to the Knights of Favonius Headquarters
Return to the Knights of Favonius headquarters to execute your plan and investigate Albedo's office and belongings. You then talk to Jean and Kaeya about it, and they fully support your decision.
Go to Albedo's Office
Go up to the second floor of the Knights of Favonius headquarters and enter Albedo's office. You then start investigating the book on his desk to find clues.
You then investigate something strange underneath the book and the desk until you find a piece of paper containing map locations.
Go to the location marked out on the map
Head over to the location marked out on the map, which is on Dragonspine, to investigate further. A crater can be seen at the marked location. Afterward, you return to Jean to report your findings.
Return to the Knights of Favonius Headquarters
After returning to the Knights of Favonius Headquarters, you tell Jean about your investigation on Albedo. However, she says that what you found is a complicated result.
She also says that Albedo will have a retrial that will happen in two days.
Talk to Jean
Talk to Jean inside her office to attend Albedo's retrial. During another lengthy cutscene, Albedo proves that he is innocent of the accusations against him.

| 8 |  Interpret Encounters on Dragonspine. |
| 9 |  Select Encounters on Dragonspine and Submit Conclusion. |
Complete the Retrial
With your interpretation of the thought bubbles and clues, you reveal that the people responsible for the murder are doppelgangers, similar to what happened during the Shadows Amidst Snowstorms event quests.
