And unfortunately, going off of leaks, his shield has the weakest numbers in the whole game, and his ATK SPD buff requires c6 just to buff the same amount as Mika. Also, his skill only lasts once and has a cooldown.
based on leak, yes he's 4*, with sword wp . just normal thing for support with straightforward ability (4* thing in this game after ver4.3 isn't a disaster, i mean, look at ororon and iansan, even ifa isn't that bad too)
welp not to disappoint Dahlia enjoyer's but im gonna guess he's gonna be a 4 star
