How to Unlock The Sealed Site of Sacrifice
Unlocked During The Frozen, Rekindling Land Quest
To unlock the The Sealed Site of Sacrifice quest, you must start the Frozen, Rekindling Land quest first. When you reach the Secret Source Servant at the middle platform, it'll ask you to re-stabilize the Astral Assemblages and it will unlock this quest.
You'll need to complete this quest to finish The Frozen, Rekindling Land quest.
The Sealed Site of Sacrifice Walkthrough
Go to Flame-Melding Ritual Grounds
After the dialogue with the Secret Source Servant, head left and pass through the Sea of Shifting Sentence. This is the island where the other Astral Assemblage is and is the location for The Forsaken Sea of Wisdom quest.
You can proceed with that quest first or you can do it after completing The Sealed Site of Sacrifice quest. Head to the Flame-Melding Ritual Grounds to get to this quest's Astral Assemblage, the island located south of the map.
Break the Seal Over the Astral Assemblages
Once you're on the Flame-Melding Ritual Grounds island, you'll trigger a short cutscene once you approach the floating orb. To break its seal, you'll have to move three stone platforms that connect into one huge ramp to get to it using a Tatankasaurus.
Push the First Stone Platform to the Left
Indwell into a Tatankasaurus and head to the first stone platform with Pulverite to its right. Destroy the Pulverite using the Tatankasaurus' Charge to reveal an Exquisite Chest. Next, ram into the platform to move it to the left.
The platform will act as a ramp to get to the next level and it will also glow orange once it's in place.
Push the Second Stone Platform to the Left
Go up the ramp and you'll see another stone platform. Push it to the left and you'll see an opening in the wall. Head inside and you'll see destructible stone boxes.
Destroy the Stone Boxes
Inside, use the Tatankasaurus' charge to destroy the stone boxes and make a path to the other side. You'll see another opening in the wall and an Exquisite Chest once you're through. Head out to see the same stone platform and push it to your left.
Ram the Second Stone Platform to the Left Twice
Ram the second stone platform twice to the left to move it past the first hole in the wall from earlier. This snaps it into place and it'll glow orange, as well as create a small ramp so you can get over. Climb up the ramp and you'll see the third stone platform.
Move the Third Stone Platform to the Right
After you climb up the platform, you'll see the third stone platform on your right. Ram into it using the Tatankasaurus and it'll reveal another hole in the wall but it's being blocked by a mechanism. Hop out of the Tatankasaurus and enter the opening.
Pull the Lever on the Wall
Once inside, you'll see another Tatankasaurus sigil you can indwell into. Use it and make your way down the hall. At the end of the hall, you'll see a lever on the wall and a barrier. Pull on it and the barrier will disappear, but the floor will start to move.
Charge to Get to the Other Lever
Once the floor starts moving, use the Tatankasaurus' charge to outrun the moving floor and get to the other lever at the end. Pull on it and the floor will stop. You'll also see an Exquisite Chest here which you can pick up and a Pulverite in the wall to your right.
Destroy the Pulverite so you can go outside, where you'll see that you're on the other side of the third stone platform from earlier.
Push the Third Stone Platform Twice
Using the Tatankasaurus, push the third stone platform twice to complete the ramp to the Astral Assemblage. After a short cutscene, you'll be teleported back to the bottom of the ramp.
Use Tatankasaurus to Destroy the Seal
Charge using the Tatankasaurus and you'll speed up when you go up the ramp. At the very end of the ramp, jump to hit the Astral Assemblage's seal and destroy it. A short cutscene plays after and the quest will be complete!
