A Good Shielder and Buffer

In the 5.3 Livestream, Citlali's skills were featured, including her ability to generate shields and decrease the enemy's Hydro and Pyro RES under certain conditions. She also deals AoE Cryo DMG, which makes her a great support for Freeze-Melt teams!

Citlali can be a good pick if you're looking for another Freeze-Melt party member.
