The team comps for Stage 1 are based around having strong wave-clear, having one ally that can trigger Nightsoul Burst, and an Anemo character with decent Anemo application.
With these conditions in mind, Electro-Charge teams work the best due to how easily Electro-Charge can be triggered for wave-clear, and how the Anemo character can easily rack up the Swirl tally needed to activate Banishing Aura.
The overall goal for the level is to reach 4,000 points in order to claim most of the rewards, as well as activating Banishing Aura 2 times for a full clear.
With two minutes to clear the level, you have the option to perform a burst setup just before starting the domain, which can work in your favor if you have your rotations mastered.
The main benefit of running Electro-Charge is that the elements are easily applied and can affect multiple units at the same time, which scale with the amount of opponents that are hit by it.
Having one of the two elements constantly applied makes it so that you can deal significant damage to groups of enemies with a good Electro-Charge or Swirl proc.
One of the main Banishing Rite objectives is to trigger Swirl with your active character, which makes it imperative to have a character that has quick Anemo application.
Make sure that the wave has refreshed with new opponents to make it so that you can trigger Swirl 5 times within a short period of time, as it saves you from having to wait out cooldowns.
The other Banishing Rite objective is to trigger Nightsoul Burst with your character, which makes Natlan characters nearly mandatory for this Stage.
Nightsoul Bursts will trigger on their own when players deal Elemental damage, so just having the Natlan character in your party is enough to tick this objective off.
Once you meet the prerequisites, Banishing Aura will activate, causing high amounts of Physical DMG to strike any opponents near the player.
It is highly beneficial to trigger Banishing Aura as it can single-handedly wipe out 4 - 5 waves of opponents on its own, thus making it a high priority objective to always clear.

Mualani, Kazuha, Baizhu and Raiden was a nice combo team for me.
