Players who wish to participate must download and make their purchase in the McDonald's App. Login using your email or register as a MyMcDonald's Rewards member before purchasing to get your rewards.

Keep in mind that you will not receive the code if you're not a registered MyMcdonald's Rewards member as the code will be sent directly to the email associated to this account.

How to Redeem the Genshin McDonald's Code

Wait for MyMcdonald's Rewards Email

After a successful purchase, a redeem code will be sent to the email linked in the McDonald's app. You must be logged in using your email or registered as a MyMcDonald's Rewards member to get the code.

If you do not receive a code within 24 hours of a successful purchase, contact McDonald's customer support or HoYoverse's customer service.

Genshin McDonald's Codes Can Only Be Used Once

The codes can be redeemed in the official Genshin Impact Redeem Center or in-game, but each type of redemption code can only be claimed once per account.

The redeem codes are valid for any America, Asia, Europe, or TW/HK/MO Server account.
