She should be in the A tier. And better erased with the Natlan's ridiculous chars. I hope Genshin fired new scientists and hire the previous or new one. The gane became hollow and childish. The characters lost their images.

I think she shouldn't be SS when she's technically a niche support: just for pyros (and Neuvi buffs because just why). Every other SS is extremely versatile in comparison. S fits her, just like Chevy and Xianyun.
How is Chevreuse in S but this cryo fraud is SS?
If you want to get every bit of dps out of her you can then sure, but if you are short on crowns or using her mostly as a cryo applier then probably not worth it. All it does is increase the burst damage about 6% from rank 9 (as in if rank 9 is 100% damage rank 10 is 106%)
c1 is a conplete trash compared to c2. The one who analysed her constellations here knows nothing about genshin. Her c1 is 5% team dps increase. But C2 is at least 15-25% damage increase for melt teams
Should the elemental burst be upped to level 10 or only the elemental skill? (Ask about the crown)
She should really get some sub-dps points, she basically has Ganyu's burst except it moves with your character. And if Ganyu gets an A for her sub-dps rank, Citlali should at least get an S for it as well.
i get it. But it seems like a blatant recency bias. She made my Arle better, but not to THAT extent, she's not on Xilonen/Furina level. Plus she's kinda restrictive - only pyro and hydro buffs. Rank S, not higher
Citlali C0 is more rank S and C2 is rank SS. For the moment is she with C0 really good for Arlecchino & Mavuika and other pyro dps. But C1 + C2 make Citlali to a great supporter.
Her S rank was provisionary as they were trying to figure her out and SS is the final rank they decided on after testing. Not saying its right or wrong, just explaining why it changed from S to SS.
How's she SS now?
