Go to the north of Initium Iani, near the Teleport Waypoint, and swim along the underwater cavern beside it. Keep going until you see the surface that opens to an even larger cavern.

You will eventually see a forked road in front of you, with a Seelie to your right. Ignore the Seelie for now, and make a sharp turn to your left. Go straight ahead until you see the Harp, and a Praetorian Golem guarding it.
