Complete A Traveler on a Winter's Night Quest
The First Sliver of Moonlight is unlocked after completing Tracing the Footsteps of the Past Archon Quest, which is also the final part of the A Traveler on a Winter's Night Archon Quest Chain.

Investigate the Anomaly Ahead
After the cutscenes that follow the conclusion of the previous quest, you'll gain control of Columbina, who is still trapped inside the moon's reflection.
Follow the direction where the Abyssal energy is coming from to find Rerir, who was also trapped here a couple of Archon Quests back.
Continue Onward
Carrying Rerir's request, look for the Tholindis' lone spirit on the other side and talk to her. She will tell Columbina how the golden energy can move her faster towards the past to reach her destination.
Talk to Marionette
You'll be back to the present time in the Traveler's POV after the conversation with Tholindis and the cutscene that follows. Simply walk back towards the entrance of the Curatorium of Secrets to trigger another cutscene with Albedo, Durin, Sandrone, and the Hat Guy inside.
Meet the Three Moon Sisters
Back in the moon's reflection, the person who found Columbina is revealed to be Sonnet, one of the three Moon Sisters. Follow her to the other two goddesses, who are waiting further ahead, to proceed with the objective.
Tell the Three Moon Sisters About Your Decision
First, inform Sonnet and Aria about Columbina's decision on how she would proceed with her plan, then approach Canon at the center to have all three Moon Sisters help Columbina fulfill it through their own divinities.
A few more cutscenes will play, showing the remaining preparations needed before the fight against The Doctor, before the Archon Quest officially concludes.
