To unlock Apocalypse, you must have completed the previous subquest of Masquerade of the Guilty, Hunters, Prophets!
Head to Poisson and find Furina there. Once there, talk to Furina. Run from the people chasing Furina. Talk to her when you're inside the house in Poisson.
The cutscene will move on where it's revealed that it was all a ploy to get Furina to the Opera Epiclese to stand trial.
Furina's Trial commences where the Traveler prosecutes her to find her secret and whether she is a god or not. After Furina receivers her verdict, Freminet also brings in the fourth missing slate from the Ruins.
In this objective, you must successfully refute Furina and prove that she's not a god, as well as discover the connection between the Slates and the events in real life. Check out the guide below to help you!

Then, all of a sudden, the All-Devouring Narwhal will appear which will then be fought back by Tartaglia until it returns to the spatial rift from which it came out. Talk to Neuvillette and the gang, afterwards.
After the monster disappeared, discuss how to deal with the All-Devouring Narwhal, with the group. The Oratrice then suddenly lights up, teleporting Neuvillette, and the Traveler to Focalors' and Furina's consciousness, respectively.
